Alec Salomon is the Founder & CEO of Foundation Frameworks and leads the firm’s systems strategy and client execution. He specializes in aligning marketing, sales, software, and delivery into a cohesive operating system — helping businesses eliminate friction, improve execution, and scale with clarity and control.

Co-Founder — Operations & Performance Systems

Anthony “AJ” Brito is the Co-Founder of Foundation Frameworks and leads the firm’s internal performance and execution systems. He specializes in strengthening the human side of operational excellence — designing structured onboarding, communication workflows, accountability standards, and repeatable execution frameworks. AJ helps organizations improve consistency, retention, and team output by installing systems that teams can follow reliably at scale.
